How Propeteer publishes property guidance.
Our public content is written to help a reader understand evidence and uncertainty—not to manufacture search pages or disguise model output as professional advice.

Useful before impressive
Content must answer a real property question and state the next useful action. Search volume is not a sufficient reason to publish a page.

Primary evidence first
Official registers, government guidance and original source records are preferred. Secondary commentary can add context but cannot replace the underlying record.

No invented facts
Statistics, examples and property outcomes must be traceable or clearly labelled as illustrative. Missing live evidence is never replaced with fabricated numbers.

Interpretation remains challengeable
Where Propeteer interprets records, the source, method, exclusions and limitations remain visible so a reader can disagree or update the conclusion.

Material change triggers review
Guides are reviewed when source rules, important datasets or the Propeteer method materially change. Dates reflect substantive review, not cosmetic edits.

Commercial influence is disclosed
Editorial conclusions are not sold to data providers, contractors or agents. Future commercial relationships must not alter research outcomes.
Authorship and review
Guides name the Propeteer Research Team, publication date and latest substantive review. Automated assistance can support drafting, classification and checking, but publication requires human review for unsupported claims, clear limitations, source quality and natural UK English.
