Editorial remit
The team connects official records and original source documents, tests property identity, reviews generated interpretations and publishes limitations alongside conclusions. Public guides use UK English and prioritise practical questions from buyers, owners and property professionals.
Review standards
- Primary sources are preferred and linked wherever they support a material claim.
- Statistics are not published without a defined sample, time period and calculation.
- AI-assisted drafting or classification is checked for unsupported claims and unnatural wording.
- Planning, valuation, legal and survey boundaries remain explicit.
